My client is a leading security system integrator to the Healthcare, Hospitality, Education, and Commercial markets. As the AV/RF Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and servicing of advanced audiovisual systems in commercial environments.

You will work on projects involving cutting-edge technology for boardrooms, conference rooms, and digital signage installations. This role requires a high level of expertise working on AV/RF projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Setup: Lead the installation of AV equipment including projectors, Cisco WebEx systems, ACMIs, video walls, and other audio-visual solutions for conference rooms, boardrooms, and digital signage.
• System Configuration: Configure AV systems to meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure and networks.
• Troubleshooting & Service: Provide ongoing maintenance and servicing of AV systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
• Client Support: Offer training and technical support to clients, ensuring they are confident in operating their AV systems.
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior engineers and technicians, ensuring high standards of workmanship and service quality.
