Overview

Project Coordinator opportunity with an established electronic security business in North Dublin.

This role will support the Projects and Operations teams with the planning, coordination and commercial administration required to deliver projects efficiently, on time and within budget.

It would suit someone with experience in project coordination, project administration or operations support who is organised, commercially aware and comfortable working in a busy project environment.

The Role

• Support Project Managers with the planning and delivery of live projects
• Cost, procure and coordinate project materials and bill of materials
• Monitor project progress, milestones and delivery requirements
• Assist with resource planning and project scheduling
• Monitor project budgets and cashflow
• Support monthly invoicing, valuations and client applications
• Liaise with finance and credit control
• Work with suppliers, vendors and subcontractors
• Negotiate pricing and support procurement requirements
• Assist with client and subcontractor onboarding
• Monitor and report potential project risks
• Attend internal and external project meetings
• Support training and compliance requirements
• Assist with annual stock takes and wider operational administration

About You

• Previous experience in project coordination, project administration, office administration or a similar role
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Good attention to detail
• Confident communicating with internal teams, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Able to work independently as well as part of a wider team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams
• Current passport essential
• Full clean driving licence advantageous

This is a full-time, on-site position based in North Dublin.
