Project Manager - London Area

Package:

• £60K - £75K DOE

Purpose of the role:

• Responsible for overseeing designing, pricing, order confirmation, planning, organising, controlling and aftercare of all project and customer activities required foreffective management and profitability of security works and projects.

Location:

• The job is based from the London office but will include working remotely from home and/or at client sites located nationally and internationally.
• You will be required to attend the office, likely around 2 days per week, but this is worked around work schedules/demands.
• International works, whether remote or on site can comprise of 25-50% of the schedule.
• Working conditions vary but will be primarily commercial premises and construction sites.
• There will be occasions when there is a requirement to work away from home, staying at lodgingsovernight in different countries.

Working Hours:

• The job will be based on a 35-hour week, with the working day running between 0900 and 1700. However, a flexible approach is encouraged to working hours.

• Either an experienced PM from the security industry, or a Project Engineer looking to step up - preferably with enterprise systems knowledge 
• A background delivering projects within construction and commercial sites would be advantageous
• An excellent attitude and a real team player mentality - this is currently a small team where everyone supports each other
• Previous full P&L responsibility a bonus but not totally necessary
