Security Systems Service Engineer (x3)

Location: Dublin / Leinster RegionSalary: Circa €55,000 - €60,000 (DOE) + overtime & full benefits

Overview

We are working with a leading security systems provider delivering integrated solutions across commercial and critical environments. Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire multiple Service Engineers across the Leinster region.

This is a strong opportunity to join an established team with consistent work, structured overtime, and long-term career stability.

The Role

The role will focus on the service, maintenance and fault-finding of a range of electronic security systems across client sites. Engineers will be responsible for both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive service work, ensuring systems remain compliant and fully operational.

You will be working across a varied client base, maintaining high standards of service delivery and representing the business professionally on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Service, maintenance and fault-finding of security systems

Carrying out PPM and reactive call-outs

Ensuring works are completed on time and to required standards

Managing van stock, tools and equipment

Participating in on-call rota and standby as required

Liaising with clients and contractors on-site

Completing reports and documentation accurately

Maintaining health & safety compliance at all times

Systems (Preferred Experience)

Experience with some of the following systems is highly desirable:

Access Control: Lenel, C-Cure

CCTV: Milestone, Avigilon

Intruder Alarms: Siemens, Honeywell

General experience across integrated security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder, Intercom)

Requirements

Proven experience in service and maintenance of electronic security systems

Strong understanding of current industry standards

Experience across CCTV, Access Control, Intruder & Intercom systems

Full clean driving licence

Strong communication and customer-facing skills

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Eligible to work in Ireland with 5-year checkable work history

Hours & Overtime

Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00

Friday: 08:30 – 16:00

30-minute lunch daily

Overtime available:

Time and a half (evenings)

Double time (overnight & weekends)

On-call rota in place

Strong volume of overtime currently available
