Fire & Security Service Engineer – London

Up to £45,000 basic + annual profit share opportunity + overtime + £252 weekly standby

Zitko is partnering with a successful, rapidly growing Fire & Security integrator looking to strengthen its London service team following significant new contract wins.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Engineer who wants high-quality commercial work, strong earning potential and genuine technical support, without being stuck on repetitive residential or large-scale construction projects.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault-finding and repair of Fire & Security systems across London and the surrounding area.

The customer portfolio includes some of the UK's most recognisable high-end retail, automotive and commercial environments, with a particularly strong concentration of sites across the M25 following a major new national contract win.

Gallagher | Galaxy | Texecom | Genetec | Avigilon | Hanwha | AMAG | Gent | Apollo | Honeywell

You don't need experience across everything. Multi-disciplined, security-focused and fire-focused engineers will all be considered, with manufacturer training and development available.

Package & Benefits

• £38,000 – £45,000 basic
• Annual company profit share – up to £5,000 per employee annually 
• 37.5-hour working week
• 25 days' holiday
• Paid travel after the first 30 minutes each way
• £252 standby per on-call week + overtime for call-outs

The profit-share scheme distributes 5% of annual company profit equally across employees, while the current call-out arrangement is approximately 1 in 4, with plans to move towards 1 in 5 as the team grows.

What we're looking for

You'll ideally have experience servicing and fault-finding Fire, CCTV, Access Control and/or Intruder systems, strong customer-facing skills and a valid UK driving licence.
