We’re actively promoting new career opportunities in security tech to suitable engineers in other sectors. As well as to graduates, college and school leavers. Our keen selection process allows us to identify those with the aptitude to do well.

The work placement in practice

Each pathway focuses on the technologies, applications, regulations and concepts particular to your sector. We’ll also organise manufacturer training specific to the products and systems you use, so you’ll be employing an individual with the perfect skillset for your business.

  • Provide 12 months’ high-quality work experience and supervision
  • Assign a senior team member as a mentor
  • Accommodate the training schedule
  • Communicate training needs so we can organise courses
  • Adhere to agreed salary bands for the first 12 months*
  • Promote the industry and programme wherever possible
