National Wholesale Manager

A market leading distribution company are looking for a Wholesale Sales Manager immediately!

Established in the 1990s, this renowned company specialise in the distribution of a wide variety of security products from CCTV, access control, intruder alarms and door entry. Boasting an employee focused and values based atmosphere, they're looking to bring in a pro-active, ambitious and driven individual to grow the Sales Team. 

As a Wholesale Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the development of large accounts and growing the sales team. Further responsibilities will be

• Attending trade shows to demonstrate products and network
• Attending client meetings to develop accounts
• Generating organic revenue growth through marketing channels
• Immediate management of one regional sales manager with the scope to build more positions across the country and direct reporting to the Managing Director

To succeed within this position, you will have

• A pro-active and ambitious outlook
• Experience with large account growth and business development
• Experience or a strong desire to move into a management position
• The flexibility to stay over night at events
• A working knowledge of a variety of security products and the desire to progress your career

Remuneration

£45,000 basic salary DOE

Up to £25,000 additional OTE
