Performance Coach

A Globally recognised Security Manufacturer are looking for a Performance Coach immediately. 

This is a 9 Month FTC opportunity. 

Creating innovative, integrated and market leading solutions, our client are pioneers in making cities more connected, buildings more intelligent and vehicles more efficient. Passionate about improving the way the world lives, works and plays, they're looking to bring in a passionate and experienced performance coach to develop their Manchester call centre! 

As a Performance Coach, you will be responsible for the overhaul of the current call centre procedures by

• Analysing current protocol and training assessments with forward thinking suggestions on how to improve
• Training the current employees to make their time more efficient
• Developing more productive KPI targets
• Creating manuals and materials to support new trainees and coaching team leaders to gain more from their current teams

To succeed within this position, you must be experienced within performance coaching, ideally within a call centre environment. Ideally you will also have high self awareness and ownership of work, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to build strong relationships and influence others, a creative yet results driven outlook with the ability to overhaul procedures.  

Remuneration

Up to £50,000 DOE
