Embedded Security Engineer – Enterprise Security

Location: Central London office

Salary: Up to £70k DOE

Working Pattern: 5 days on-site (Monday–Friday)

Contract: Permanent

We're recruiting for an Embedded Security Engineer to support a prestigious global blue-chip client in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Security Engineer with hands-on experience of Genetec and CCURE, supporting enterprise-level CCTV and Access Control systems across a complex international environment. We're open to engineers at varying levels of experience – you don't need to be a Lead Engineer, provided you have the right technical background.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, programme, test and commission enterprise CCTV and Access Control systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Genetec, CCURE and integrated security platforms.
• Support system upgrades, migrations and new installations.
• Provide remote technical support to UK and international sites.
• Assist with preventative maintenance, fault resolution and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, integrators and technical teams.

What We're Looking For

• Recent hands-on Genetec experience – essential.
• Experience with CCURE 9000 Access Control systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise CCTV/VMS and Access Control.
• Experience in system configuration, commissioning and fault-finding.
• Good understanding of IP networking and integrated security systems.
• Genetec Omnicast / Synergis certifications desirable, not essential.

Important: This role requires 5 days per week on-site in St Paul's, London, with occasional UK/European travel potentially required.
