We are currently hiring a Technical Support Engineer to join a team of professional experts in security systems.
The role of the Technical Support Engineer is to assist both internal and external stakeholders with highly technical questions and issues relating to both access control (ACS) and video management systems (VMS) (CCTV). The engineer will rely on unique problem-solving skills, as well as experience, to troubleshoot, configure and maintain enterprise-level access control, video system and database applications.
