We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Bid Team Admin Assistant to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position with the flexibility to work from either our Reading or Central London office, as well as from home.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our Bid Manager with the preparation and submission of high-quality tender documents. You’ll work closely with suppliers, project teams, and senior management to ensure all bid documentation, drawings, and technical details are compiled accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Organise and compile tender documentation and client folders
Review and print tender drawings, producing equipment take-offs for quotation
Prepare and format technical submittals and pre-qualification questionnaires
Request and manage supplier quotations to support bid pricing
Assist with presentation materials for client meetings and tender submissions
Attend pre-tender site surveys and support the Bid Manager as required
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar administrative, project support, or bid coordination role
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across departments and with suppliers
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience within the security industry is preferred but not essential
