💻 Service Desk Administrator (Full time, Permanent)📍 Reading (office-based)💰 £30,000 per annum🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Scheduling engineers for client callouts and service visits- Managing job entries and updates via Big Change software- Coordinating with Project Managers, Operations Directors, and the Stock Manager- Processing completed jobs and arranging follow-up visits- Liaising with sub-contractors to ensure SLA compliance- Handling permits, plant/equipment orders, and client communications✅ What You’ll Bring:
