Join a global technology company that’s redefining how people capture and share life’s moments. We’re seeking a Security Technology Application Engineer to support our client — a leading camera technology innovator — in delivering exceptional physical security systems across EMEA.
This is an embedded role within the client’s IT Deployment Engineering Security Technology team, where you'll help ensure the operational quality, compliance, and performance of physical security technologies across offices and sites.
Service Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of physical security systems.
Lead preventative maintenance programs and address system failures.
Manage service tickets through Jira and track inventory for essential security hardware (cameras, access readers, intercoms, etc.).
Ensure safe and compliant work practices.
Compliance Management:
Enforce and maintain physical security standards and processes.
Deliver training and documentation for security system usage and operations.
Audit service work and projects for quality and compliance.
Vendor & Resource Management:
Coordinate third-party vendors for repairs, upgrades, and service access.
Schedule work, provide necessary resources, and track performance.
4+ years of experience maintaining physical security systems and working with vendors or field technicians.
Strong understanding of Lenel is essential, video surveillance, and intrusion detection technologies.
Excellent communicator with strong documentation and reporting skills.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a global, fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, etc.).
Physically capable of navigating large office sites and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
A hands-on, solutions-oriented mind set.
Experience building process, structure, and educational content around security systems.
Familiarity with compliance and operational excellence in security-focused environments.
Ability to manage time, vendors, and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
