Zitko is seeking a highly motivated and driven Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our Contract team.

We are looking for a candidate who embodies resilience and positivity, who has aspirations to succeed and possesses the confidence to deliver exceptional results.

In return, you will be working for a company who really looks after their people, who offers flexible, hybrid working and a competitive commission structure to help you earn lots of money and achieve your goals.  For the first three months you will have a comprehensive induction programme, combining in-person training from our internal team and third party experts in our industry, so it is important you live near our St Neots office.

You don’t have to have previous recruitment experience, as the right attitude is everything and can help you achieve a career in our industry.  Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, together with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets are essential, together with self-motivation, drive and a positive attitude.  The right attitude and behaviours will get you far in our company!  Perhaps you are a graduate or have experience in a sales or customer services role. 

Recruitment can be stressful at times with highs and lows, so the ability to work under pressure would be helpful.  This is where resilience comes in and having the ability to remain calm and keep focussing on the end goal is super important.
