HR Advisor – Swords, Dublin

My client is a market-leading security integrator based in Dublin. Due to their ongoing growth in Ireland, they are looking to add to their in-country team. If successful, you’ll be rewarded with a fantastic employment package and ongoing support. The role will be office based in Swords, Co Dublin.
Day-to-day duties:
You’ll be working alongside the Group HR Director to successfully manage employee relations and performance management for the Irish business. As such, you will be responsible for all HR-related enquiries in Ireland, ensuring that they are dealt with promptly and reliably, as well as ensuring that all policies are consistent. You’ll put your expertise in employee relations to good use, being the main HR contact for managers, and employees, supported by the wider HR team. This includes managing staff relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they have and managing their expectations.
You’ll also be supporting the Group HR Director with grievance and disciplinary procedures as and when required and work closely with the company's Internal Recruiter and Talent Coordinator for all local recruitment. Finally, you’ll also monitor, review and update HR policies, ensuring they are in line with current and local legislation.
