Maintenance coordinator/Scheduler - London
We are working with a growing security integrator who specialise in CCTV and Access Control systems. Working with a fantastic portfolio of clients, they are responsible for the delivery of service works to their clients. As part of their growth, a position has become available for a Service Coordinator to join their team!

The Role:
· Ensure all work is scheduled within agreed SLAs.
· Ensure the work is completed on time and in a professional manner.
· Competently and effectively coordinate equipment/parts purchases within agreed time frames.
· Maintain accurate records.
· Ensure regular communications with the engineering team.
· Produce reports as required.
· Ensure regular contact with clients to provide updates etc.
· Coordinate meetings internally and externally as required.
Requirements:
· Must have a professional telephone manner and good administration skills.
· Work towards agreed outcome targets.
· Assist and participate in new processes to improve the service department.
· Must have a pro-active “can-do” attitude
· Previous knowledge of CCTV and Access Control is advantageous
