Founded by Oliver Law in 2009, OLS Ltd is an award winning business, providing innovative cloud based Access Control and CCTV solutions to both Commercial and Industrial businesses spanning the UK and EMEA.

With the advancement in technology now playing a pivotal role in security systems, OLS have the knowledge and experience to provide up to minute cloud based solutions for access control systems and CCTV systems.

Due to their success and growth of the business, a rare opportunity has become available for an Operations Director to join the business and be a crucial part of driving the business forward.

The Role:

The Operations Director will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient running of the day to day business, whilst managing the business and commercial teams to ensure volume and margin targets are met each month. Whilst managing the delivery of all OLS operations, on time, right first time and every time.

Requirements:

• An able leader who can provide guidance to the whole team whilst maintaining a positive work culture and possesses the ability to motivate team members to achieve their goals.
• Must come from a similar background with proven experience, with good security knowledge inclusive of legislative guidelines including SSAIB, H&S and ISO9001 (with cloud based knowledge being hugely advantageous).
• Experience with managing relationships with key clients and the desire to provide the best possible service to these accounts.
• Must be commercially aware, with a strategic mindset and have the ability to assess and adapt quickly.
• Will also be responsible for budget and business plans, so prior experience is essential (either in a similar role or from project management based experience).

Package:

• £65k-£75k DOE, with car allowance and benefits.
