Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality engineering and installation projects? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Germany. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex projects across the EMEA region, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule engineering, installation, and subcontracting for all projects.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to design and implement project plans.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and procurement plans, ensuring timely material delivery.
• Manage project installation plans, construction schedules, and subcontractor performance.
• Maintain accurate records of project status, changes, and financials, providing internal and external reports.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by implementing quality assurance programs.
• Develop strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact.
• Supervise and monitor job sites to ensure quality installation and adherence to project timelines.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and colleagues.
• Oversee commissioning activities, including system testing, troubleshooting, and handover.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in project management within engineering, construction, or security system installations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder management.
• Experience with budget control, financial reporting, and forecasting.
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required by project needs.
• Technical proficiency in access control, digital network video systems, and commissioning is a plus.
