Site Based Service Engineer - London - no call out - C-Cure Systems

 

Our client is looking for an experienced Service Engineer with a very good understanding of multiple disciplines including Access Control, IPCCTV, Door Entry, Intercoms and more to join their team. You will be based onsite with one client and be responsible for Service response and PPM maintenance of the client’s systems.

You should have experience and certification in C-Cure 9000 to level 1 minimum. 

 

Experience in any of the following is very advantageous:

  • Victor 
  • VideoEdge
  • 2N IP Intercoms
  • Traka Key Management

 

The role is permanently site based to deliver to the high expectations of a client with an EMEA wide office portfolio. Product training will be provided to the right candidate to ensure they have the skills to deliver the expected service levels.

 There is no call out with this role, however, you will be expected to provide some duties out of hours as and when required. Standard hours of cover are 8am – 5pm on site with some flexibility required.

 

Key areas of Responsibility 

  • Responding to and meeting the clients SLA requirements.
  • Managing and delivering and agreed PPM schedule on time.
  • Working with project teams as the site grows and new building or equipment come online.
  • Raising technical issues with either technical team or manufacturer support desk and seeing through to completion.
  • Some out of hours support may be needed to assist with security patch deployment and firmware upgrades of CCTV and Access Control equipment.
  • Maintain the clients asset list and managing change control with IT when deploying or changing devices.

 

Required

  • You must be a good communicator, both personally and on email.
  • Must have C-Cure level 1 minimum.
  • Capable of working under pressure.
  • Keen to learn new products and systems.
  • Able to work on your own or as part of a team.
  • Can be flexible with working hours if required, some faults require out of hours working.
  • Organised in approach and methodical on any follow up actions or paperwork as and when required.

  • c£40K DOE
