Who are Evolution?

There aren’t too many companies that have a 2019 Triumph Bobber motorbike in their reception area, so make sure you feast your eyes on the great engineering that went into it.

Formed in 1996, Evolution has earned an excellent technical reputation of its own as a thought-leading systems integrator. Founders Richard Lambert and John Wust still own and lead the business, which now has around 160 people servicing clients across Europe.

With this team you’d be working with high end technology and clients to match. The former includes Genetec (Elite level), Lenel and C-Cure, while customers range from highly sensitive government and infrastructure agencies to one of the world’s most famous tech companies.

HQ (and motorbike) are based in Buckinghamshire and there are 6 offices covering Europe where much of the company’s work takes place. 

This is the perfect place to progress fast. You won’t be held back by job title or pecking order. Ad you’ll get the best manufacturer training and certification, delivered in-house at the company’s newly extended training centre.
