Fire & Security Installation Engineer – Nationwide Projects | £55k+ OTE | M4 corridor, within Greater London, or surrounding areas 

About the Role

This is an opportunity to work with a business that has over 20 years of experience delivering integrated security solutions across the UK. You’ll be part of a close-knit team installing and maintaining systems in a wide range of settings—from high-end residential properties and stately homes to complex commercial sites and historic buildings.

This role offers national travel, exposure to premium clients and challenging installations, as well as continuous technical development.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain a variety of high-end systems including Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Fire Detection, and Access Control.

• Work closely with clients to demonstrate systems and explain key features, including false alarm causes and prevention.

• Complete corrective and preventative maintenance work to the highest standards.

• Accurately document site works via our integrated field management system (SIMPRO).

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project completion and customer satisfaction.

• Occasional overnight stays for nationwide installations (evenly distributed within the team).

Systems You’ll Work With

Hands-on experience or knowledge of the following is highly desirable:

• Texecom, Ajax, Avigilon, HIK Vision (CCTV & Intruder Alarms)

• Advanced, EMS (Fire Safety)

• 2N (Access Control)

What We’re Looking For

• A confident, multi-disciplined engineer with strong experience across CCTV, intruder alarms, fire detection and access systems.

• A full UK driving licence.

• Someone willing to travel nationwide, with occasional hotel stays (expenses covered).

• Excellent communicator with a customer-first approach.
