About the Company:

Our client who is a rapidly growing Security & Fire Integrator is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team. This position is based in and around Central London and involves providing high-end integrated security & fire solutions, including large installation projects, service & maintenance contracts to a diverse range of consultants and end users.

As a senior Business Development Manager, you will report directly to the Managing Director and be responsible for planning and executing strategies to increase new business turnover.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and cultivating relationships, with a particular focus on consultants and end users.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline, emphasising large projects within both the public and private sectors.
• Utilise your strong industry knowledge to establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with new clients.
• With demonstrated sales success, there is potential for you to lead and develop a sales team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven track record of successful sales, with experience in closing project-based opportunities and a background in a similar role within an integration specialist.
• Solid experience in selling CCTV and Access Control systems.
• Knowledge of Lenel, Genetec & Gallagher systems is essential.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to achieving set targets.
• Strong industry knowledge in security integration & fire solutions.
• Possession of a valid UK driving license is essential.
