IT Support Specialist – Enterprise Environment
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced enterprise environment and is passionate about delivering excellent end-user support while continuously improving processes and documentation.
Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows 11, Windows Server, and Office365 (with emphasis on Outlook and Excel).
Troubleshoot and administer Microsoft Exchange, including mailbox management and mail flow.
Configure, image, and deploy laptops and mobile devices (Dell, Apple, Samsung), including provisioning via Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager.
Manage MDM solutions, endpoint security, and wireless troubleshooting (Meraki).
Support end-user hardware lifecycle, from ordering to configuration and replacement.
Work with networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, nslookup, ping, and traceroute.
Deliver intermediate support of Windows Server 2019/2022, including ADUC/ADSI and Group Policy.
Troubleshoot iOS/Android devices, SIM activation, and network connectivity.
Assist with server patching activities, service outage notifications, and log gathering.
Create and maintain runbooks, knowledge bases, and IT documentation.
Partner with vendors, provide cost-saving recommendations, and support emerging technologies.
Support remote teams across EMEA and APAC regions, including occasional on-call duties.
3+ years of service desk or end-user support experience in an enterprise setting.
Proven ability to document processes and maintain knowledge bases.
Experience with SharePoint, VMware, and Microsoft infrastructure tools.
Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently, demonstrate leadership, and support global teams.
