They provide professional security consultancy across various sectors, including counter-terrorism, electronic security, and more. The team is renowned for solving complex problems and ensuring clients' environments are safe and secure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Physical Security Practice, overseeing recruitment, productivity, training, workload, and project direction.
• Direct multiple projects, balancing business and client priorities, and delivering exceptional security solutions.
• Articulate physical security advice to key client stakeholders, leading and managing client project delivery.
• Be responsible for commercial management, client assignments, and the development of effective security approaches.
• Assist in business development, strategy, and growth objectives.

Requirements

• Strong leadership qualities from a similar role in consultancy or corporate settings.
• A graduate-level education in a technical or security-related discipline.
• Extensive experience in security planning and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in security governance, policies, and cost-effective security solutions.
• Excellent personnel management and communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications

• Chartership or Fellowship in a relevant security field.
• Familiarity with security-related software.
• Experience with large client organizations.
• A good understanding of security strategy and future trends.
