Regional Operations Manager - South London/Surrey/Kent 

Salary : c£50,000 + Car or allowance (£6,600) + bonus (up to 10%)

The Role :

• Oversee and manage daily branch operations across multiple teams - service, project and administration 
• Drive team performance to meet operational and financial targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and safety standards
• Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Monitor branch profitability and implement improvement initiatives
• Support and mentor team members to foster a positive and productive work environment

Experience Required:

• Proven management experience
• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, standards and regulations
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage budgets and improve operational efficiency
• Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions aligned with business goals
