This is your chance to step into a pivotal Service Manager role where technical knowledge meets leadership impact. We're seeking a proactive, site-based manager who thrives on operational control, team development, and delivering high-quality service across fire and security systems.
Lead and support a small team of skilled engineers, managing their daily workloads, call-outs, and PPM schedules
Coordinate job bookings, compliance, CRM updates, timesheets, and reporting to ensure smooth service operations
Work closely with clients, engineers, and suppliers to maintain strong service delivery and meet SLA/KPI targets
Be a technical escalation point, offering real-time support to your team and office staff
Drive compliance across NSI, BAFE, and HSE standards, ensuring best-in-class service and safety
Ideally 3–5 years’ leadership or supervisory experience within the fire & security sector
Sound technical knowledge of fire and security systems—Texecom, Avigilon, Advanced, 2N, AJAX highly beneficial
Strong administrative and organisational ability—comfortable managing schedules, reports, and compliance checks
A confident communicator who can bridge the gap between field teams, office staff, and clients
Full UK driving licence required; NSI/BAFE certifications preferred
£40,000 – £45,000 basic salary D.O.E
