With a focus on quality over volume, they pride themselves on doing things right — not just fast.As they continue to grow organically, they’re looking for a client-facing Account Manager who can own and nurture key accounts while spotting commercial opportunities along the way. If you’re someone who loves building relationships, managing expectations, and helping clients feel looked after — this could be your next role. You’ll act as the first point of contact for a portfolio of clients across the Thames Valley and surrounding areas. You’ll visit sites, build trust with stakeholders, and ensure that service delivery is seamless and solutions-focused. From quoting to quality control, you’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience — all while looking for opportunities to grow accounts. Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the day-to-day contact for key accounts
  • Attend regular client meetings (both formal and informal)
  • Discuss service levels, gather feedback, and address concerns proactively
  • Liaise with service and projects teams to ensure delivery meets expectations
  • Support quoting and upselling of new services or tech solutions
  • Promote the value of preventative maintenance and integrated solutions
  • Represent the business at client and partner events (some out-of-hours)
 What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone with experience in B2B account management or sales, ideally within the fire and security sectors (any familiarity with enterprise level systems is a benefit). You’ll be a confident communicator with a customer-first mindset, commercially aware, and able to balance client needs with operational delivery. To succeed in this role you’ll also need to be organised, proactive, and a team player.
