Responsibilities
• Install and Servicing of our wide range of field equipment including Fire Alarms systems
• Provide high levels of customer services.
• Understanding site plans, to allow installs to take part based on site survey documentation.
• Reactive call outs to site, with an aim to provide a first-time fix.
• Provide on-site technical support and solutions to customers during both reactive and planned
visits.
• Complete documentation in line with company standards.
• Work within strict H&S guidelines.
• Work as part of a 24/7 on call rota.
• Advise customers on the latest products and services to improve efficiency.
Package:
• Salary £ 25,000-£35,000
• Vehicle – Car or Van (can be used for private use)
• 25 days holiday

• Other benefits – Sick Pay – Up to 8 weeks of paid sick leave after 5 years of service (2
weeks for first 2 years of service, 4 weeks for years 3 to 5 and then 8 weeks
thereafter.
