An exceptional opportunity has emerged with a well-established, fast-growing provider of advanced security solutions, delivering into high-compliance, mission-critical environments. As part of their strategic investment into the EMEA data centre market, we're seeking a Business Development Manager to take the lead in expanding across the hyperscale and colocation segments.

This is a pivotal role, offering the chance to influence a high-value vertical from the outset — with clear potential to head up the team as growth accelerates.

 About the role:The business already has a foundation in the sector — your mission is to build on this credibility and drive new business acquisition to new heights.You’ll focus on identifying and securing opportunities, developing relationships at a senior level, and working hand-in-hand with expert internal teams to deliver value-led solutions to top-tier clients.Key Responsibilities:

• Expand new business across hyperscale and colocation data centre operators in EMEA
• Own the full sales lifecycle from strategic targeting to onboarding
• Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and delivery teams to build compelling solutions
• Influence and support broader market strategy and account development
• Operate within regulated, high-stakes technical environments where trust and integrity are essential

Ideal Profile:This is a role for a strategic, credible business developer with deep technical knowledge of the data centre space and a passion for complex, high-impact work. You’ll bring:

• A proven track record in business development within the data centre sector
• Deep understanding of hyperscale and colocation operators and their buying behaviours
• Experience working across EMEA markets
• Strong commercial, compliance, and operational awareness
• A consultative, relationship-first approach with senior stakeholder engagement
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar environment
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
