Project Administrator (Full-Time, Permanent)

Location: WFH mostly with occasional trip into Reading office.

Salary: £30,000 per annum

This full-time, permanent role offers a predominantly remote working arrangement, with only occasional visits to the Reading office required.

As a key member of the Project Department, you'll play a vital role in supporting project delivery through documentation control, finance coordination, and project planning. If you’re organized, self-motivated, and thrive in a structured yet flexible environment, this could be the perfect fit.

🌟 What You’ll Do

Administrative Support

• Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical submittal documentation

• Compile standardized operation & maintenance (O&M) manuals

• Create project handover packs and manage document control processes

Finance Coordination

• Prepare payment applications for monthly invoicing

• Input project-related equipment data into job management software for cost tracking

Project Coordination

• Support Project Managers with coordination, scheduling, and planning

• Help ensure projects remain on time and on budget

Procurement Liaison

• Collaborate with the procurement team to schedule and track equipment deliveries aligned with project milestones

Additional Duties

• Assist the Senior Management Team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
