Business Development Manager

• Drive Sales and Market Position: Foster relationships with Electrical contractors, Subcontractors, and end users to boost overall sales, profits, and market position.
• Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new projects, respond to customer requests, and capitalise on market opportunities.
• Account Management: Support existing accounts by obtaining orders, establish new relationships, and organise a daily work schedule for client visits.
• On-site Visits: Conduct regular visits to building sites, strengthening industry connections and project management.
• Order Management: Efficiently manage orders according to specifications, referring to price lists and product literature.
• Targets and KPIs: Work towards specific sales targets and key performance indicators to ensure individual and team success.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and new developments.
• Professional Development: Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge through publications, networks, professional societies, and relevant training.
• Product and Application Development: Contribute valuable insights and feedback to the development of products and applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €50,000.00-€60,000.00 per year DOE + Commission
