We’re looking for a well-qualified Data Center Project Manager to oversee the delivery of physical security systems projects—ranging from new builds to retrofits and expansions—within a designated region. This role manages all phases of project execution, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high standards for quality and safety.
Lead and coordinate security system projects from initiation through completion.
Collaborate with operations teams and external vendors to develop and implement system designs.
Control project costs, review vendor proposals, and approve expenditures.
Track milestones, maintain stakeholder communication, and ensure contractual compliance.
Conduct site visits and project sign-offs.
Transition completed projects into steady-state operation with proper documentation.
5+ years of experience managing projects in data center or related security environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Strong background in access control and CCTV system implementation.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with enterprise-level systems such as Lenel OnGuard or Milestone.
Security industry certifications (e.g., ASIS, CPP) are a plus.
