We’re working with a top-tier security systems integrator delivering high-end security solutions to enterprise and blue-chip clients across the UK. With demand for smart, scalable security systems at an all-time high, we're looking for an experienced sales person to join the team — someone who can both grow key accounts and bring in new business through their own network and hustle.

This isn’t a cookie-cutter sales role. It’s a flexible, high-trust position where your autonomy is respected, and your results are what count.

The role:

• Generate new business through your own leads, network, and proactive outreach.
• Survey, design, and quote tailored installations and service projects.
• Sell to a mix of end-users, facilities management firms, and M&E clients.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients, expanding their investment in fire and security systems.
• Own the process from pitch to close — with full technical and logistical support from HQ when you need it.

What you will bring:

• A strong sales track record in fire or security systems, including six-figure solution sales.
• The ability to build trust and rapport quickly — you're a natural relationship-builder.
• Confidence and autonomy — this isn’t a micromanaged role.
• A consultative approach: you can survey, design, and present smart solutions to fit a range of client needs.
• Ideally based within London/Home Counties, though we're flexible for the right person.

Remuneration:

• up to £45k basic DOE
